Qualifications (Required & Preferred):

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (required)
• 1+ year of landscape experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience towing trailers (preferred)

Job Expectations:

• Reliable, on-time attendance
• Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills
• Responsible care of equipment and vehicles

Duties May Include:
Maintenance Team:

• Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding
• Irrigation troubleshooting
• General landscape care

Installation/Hydroseed Team:

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Irrigation installation and repair
• Grading, mulching, fertilizing, sod laying, and hydroseeding

Compensation:

• Based on experience
• Overtime pay for hours over 40/week
• Biweekly payroll with direct deposit
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday
